Quick Tips for Cooking with Chocolate

*Dipping strawberries in chocolate? Stick toothpicks into the stem end of the
berry. Coat the berries with chocolate, shaking off any excess. Turn the
berries upside down and stick the toothpick into a block of styrofoam or an
upside down egg carton until the chocolate sets. The finished berries will
look great, with no chocolate flat spots!

*When decorating a cake with chocolate, you can make a quick decorating tube
by putting your unmelted chocolate into a heat-safe ziploc bag. Put the
sealed bag into simmering water until the chocolate melts completely. Snip
off the tip of one corner of the bag and begin squeezing the chocolate
wherever you need it!
